i cooked sirloin steak,with crushed chillies,cracked black pepper

served with grilled tomatoes+sauteed button mushrooms

god it was tasty,can still feel the tingle of chilli in my mouth

and this time i washed my hands b4 going to the toilet(god chilli stings ur bits) LOL!!!

been 2 gp today,easier to tell ya like this
i have hypermobility syndrome,yay(need physio 4now)
hav sum syndrome that causes my eye to twitch(may need surgery+need to see opthamologist)have eye drops 4now
i hav general anxiety disorder to,(major problem due to my meds)may hav 2hav beta blockers,tho that may affect my asthma
ohhhh the joy
oh+my alt'sare all out of whack,134 now which is better than before(need 2see a consultant to see how we progress)

but my daily drug intake is as follows


tramadol 4times aday
paracetamol 4times aday
metformin 3times a day
simvastatin,at night
amatryptaline 2-4a night
pre gabalin 600mg
oramorph as required
lansoprazole
plus two inhalors
takes ages to sort out+just gets tiring after awhile
